Catherine is responsible for processing participant distributions for all plan participants; processing defined contribution plan loan applications; and works with cities and employees in providing benefit estimates. Before joining OMRF, Catherine worked in the banking industry for over 21 years in the areas of item processing, payroll management and safekeeping. Catherine attended high school in Seminole, OK, and has completed extensive college coursework in Business Administration.
