Frances is responsible for processing all checks received daily from our member cities for plan contributions, loan pay-offs, etc.; manages the overall operations for periodic and non-periodic distributions to plan participants, loan applications and pension payments to retirees; and reconciles the trust account activity. Frances has over 23 years experience in working with employee benefits.
