Donna has been at the City of Ada since 1987 where she has served as Finance Director/Treasurer since 1992. She is a Certified Public Account with an Accounting Degree from East Central University; and has completed the Oklahoma Municipal Treasurers Institute. Donna is a member of the of the Government Finance Officers Association, Oklahoma Municipal Clerks and Treasurers Association, Municipal Treasurers Association of the United States & Canada, American Institute and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s

Donna has served on the OMRF Board of Trustees since 2002 and serves on the Administrative Committee.
