Cathy has dedicated her entire career to municipal government, serving as Finance Director/City Clerk for the City of Nichols Hills for the last seventeen years before retiring in 2009. Ms. Keller has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a nationally Certified Municipal Clerk and a Certified Municipal Finance Administrator.

She has served as President of the Oklahoma Municipal Clerks, Treasurers, and Finance Officials Association and was an active member of the board. She was a member of the Government Finance Officers Association of Oklahoma (GFOA), serving as President of the organization in 2006.

Cathy began her service on the OMRF Board of Trustees in 2010 and serves on the Contract Committee.
